At EpicStatusTours.com, we aim to provide exceptional travel experiences. However, we understand that plans may change. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, changes, and refunds.

1. General Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests will be processed only after receiving a formal written notification.

2. Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges depend on the type of booking and timing of the request:

a. Tour Packages

30 days or more before departure: Full refund minus a processing fee of [Insert Amount/Percentage].
15–29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

b. Flights and Accommodations

Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective airline or accommodation provider. Service charges by EpicStatusTours.com are non-refundable.

c. Custom or Group Bookings

Custom itineraries and group bookings may have specific cancellation terms. These will be outlined at the time of booking.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be initiated within 7–14 business days after approval of the cancellation request.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
Service charges, convenience fees, and non-refundable deposits are excluded from refunds.

4. Changes to Bookings

Changes to bookings (e.g., travel dates, destinations) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Requests for changes must be submitted at least 15 days before the travel date.

5. No-Show Policy

If a customer fails to appear for their scheduled departure or activity, no refund will be provided.

6. Force Majeure

EpicStatusTours.com is not liable for cancellations or changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other events beyond our control. Refunds in such cases will be subject to the policies of our partners and suppliers.
